Musel Pikes outgunned T71 Dudelange in overtime to grab 1-0 lead in the semifinal series. The guests were tied at the half and again at the end of regular time. But they managed to win overtime period 15-12. Musel Pikes forced 24 T71 turnovers. Strangely T71 outrebounded Musel Pikes 58-36 including a 41-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. American swingman Jarmar Gulley (196-91, college: Missouri St., agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) fired a double-double by scoring 32 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Laurent Schwartz (180-89) chipped in 17 points. American forward Willis Hall (198-90, college: Charleston, agency: Court Side) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points and 22 rebounds and international point guard Tom Schumacher (190-87, college: Cal.Baptist) added 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side.
