Samorin was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. MBK Ruzomberok dominated on the defensive end, holding Samorin to just 7 points in second quarter. They also forced 21 Samorin turnovers. It was a good game for the former international point guard Zuzana Lazarova (168-87) who led her team to a victory with 13 points. International forward Katarina Tetemondova (188-88) contributed with 9 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international power forward Romana Vynuchalova (192-86, college: Penn St., agency: Regeneracom Sports) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and international guard Angelika Slamova (173-94) added 20 points in the effort for Samorin.
