Kouvot topped BC Nokia to surge ahead in the series. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 51-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Thomas Gipson (201-93, college: Kansas St.) who scored 17 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). His fellow American import guard D.J. Richardson (190-91, college: Illinois, agency: Inception Sports) chipped in 17 points and 4 steals. American guard Daniel Bailey (196-90, college: Queens, NC) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian power forward Dragan Labovic (207-87) added 17 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
