Quarter-Finals Round 2: Burgos - Ourense 81-64

Date: April 24, 2016
Burgos held off Ourense for the second straight win in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Burgos. Ourense managed to win second period 24-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Burgos had a 26-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. Croatian power forward Filip Toncinic (212-84, college: Texas A&M-CC) notched 10 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and center Javier Vega (205-88) supported him with 9 points and 5 rebounds. Even 18 points by Venezuelan guard Jhornan Zamora (196-89) did not help to save the game for Ourense. Trinidad and Tobago center Kyle Rowley (213-90, college: St.Mary's, CA) added 9 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games.
