Finals Game 3: Wasserburg - Saarlouis 81-49

Wasserburg continued to dominate DBBL scene. They outgunned Saarlouis in the third game of the championship series and celebrated the fourth consecutive DBBL title. TSV 1880 Wasserburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was American point guard Sheylani Peddy (170-88, college: Temple, agency: LBM Management) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. French forward Soana Lucet (185-87, college: Arizona, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four TSV 1880 Wasserburg players scored in double figures. TSV 1880 Wasserburg's coach Georg Eichler felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Latvian forward Sabine Niedola (184-91) who recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and Dutch swingman Jamailah Adams (180-93) added 16 points respectively.
