Regular Season Round 34: Bordeaux - Vitre 77-94

There was no surprise when 14th ranked JSA Bordeaux (15-19) was defeated at home by twelfth ranked Vitre (17-17) 94-77. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Antoine Belkessa (186-88) who helped to win the game recording 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Tom Foucault (189-94) contributed with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Vitre players scored in double figures. Vitre's coach Laurent Zaknoun allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Swingman Kevin Bichard (196-86) replied with 18 points and 5 rebounds and naturalized Tunisian swingman Sami Driss (190-82) added 19 points and 4 assists in the effort for JSA Bordeaux. Vitre have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to tenth place, which they share with SAP Vaucluse and Chartres. JSA Bordeaux at the other side dropped to the thirteenth position with 19 games lost.
