No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Benfica B (10-9) beat 7th ranked Sangalhos (6-14) in Lisboa 67-56. Sangalhos were tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Benfica B made 19-of-25 charity shots (76.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 28 Sangalhos turnovers. Swingman Ricardo Rosa (193-92) scored 8 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Slovenian guard Aljaz Slutej (188-96) chipped in 12 points and 4 steals during the contest. Forward Luis Fonte (191-79) responded with 11 points and 9 rebounds and forward Nuno Bizarro (192-80) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Benfica B maintains fourth position with 10-9 record. Sangalhos at the other side keep the seventh place with 14 games lost.
