Cocodrilos outgunned Guaros to take 2-0 lead in the semifinal series. The guests trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 30-22 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Guard Carl Elliott (193-83, college: G.Washington) had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Tony Mitchell (203-92, college: N.Texas) chipped in 20 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Cocodrilos players scored in double figures. Cocodrilos' coach Nestor Salazar used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Andre Emmett (196-82, college: Texas Tech) responded with 38 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and guard Tyshawn Taylor (191-90, college: Kansas) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds.
