Avila held off Clinicas Rincon to seal their LEB Silver Finals appearance. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 20-12. But Clinicas Rincon won second period 20-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Serbian power forward Luka Nikolic (209-94) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners and American-Ugandan center Brandon Sebirumbi (205-90, college: Furman, agency: Dynamics Global Management) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Congolese forward Judicael Belemene (205-97) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and Brazilian guard Carlos Cobos (193-88) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds.
