La Spezia rolled past Bologna away from home to gain the second straight win. The game was mostly controlled by La Spezia. Bologna was better in fourth quarter 19-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Bologna to just 7 points in third quarter. Latvian power forward Lauma Reke (185-86, college: St.Peter's) notched a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Elisabetta Linguaglossa (184-87) supported her with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four La Spezia players scored in double figures. Even 8 points and 5 rebounds by guard Matilde Dall'Aglio (170-91) did not help to save the game for Bologna. Power forward Chiara Cadoni (182-94) added 6 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Bologna's coach Matteo Lolli gave the chance to play for ten players seeing no chance for a win.
