Semi-Finals Game 1: Villeneuve - Bourges 60-73

Date: May 4, 2016
Bourges topped Villeneuve in Game 1 of the series. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Bourges's pressure prevailed and they won that period 23-11 extending their advantage to 13 points. It was a great shooting night for Bourges especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 56.3 percentage. International swingman Celine Dumerc (169-82, agency: Comsport) fired 20 points for the winners. American-Serbian forward Danielle Page (188-86, college: Nebraska) chipped in 13 points and 9 rebounds. Greek forward Styliani Kaltsidou (188-83, agency: Josep and Nicolas) produced 12 points and 7 rebounds and the former international guard Virginie Bremont (177-87, agency: Comsport) added 11 points respectively for lost side. Villeneuve D'Ascq's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
