Semi-Finals Game 3: Kalev/Cramo - Rapla 80-77 OT

Kalev/Cramo nipped Rapla in overtime to punch their KML Finals tickets. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime then Rapla managed to tie the game at the end of regular time. However that was Kalev/Cramo who were better in overtime eventually winning that period 11-8. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Rapla to just 5 points in second quarter. It was a great evening for the former international guard Rain Veideman (192-91) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points. The former international swingman Gregor Arbet (196-83) helped adding 22 points. The best for the losing side was Dutch center Thomas van der Mars (208-90, college: Portland) with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Devin Brooks (186-92, college: Creighton) scored 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Rapla players scored in double figures.
