Sokol Lancut fired past GKS Tychy to take the lead in the consolation final series. Sokol Lancut dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to GKS Tychy's 34 and made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Sokol Lancut players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Power forward Rafal Kulikowski (205-85, agency: Promotex) nailed 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and swingman Adrian Mroczek-Truskowski (192-85) accounted for 12 points and 6 rebounds. Mariusz Markowicz (202-86) came up with 21 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Piotr Halas (190-87) added 14 points respectively for GKS Tychy in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
