Aalstar rolled past Mons-Hainaut to book the semifinal appearance. Okapi Aalstar led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.9 percent from the field and made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American point guard Kyan Anderson (180-92, college: TCU, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 33 points (!!!). The other American import forward Abe Lodwick (201-88, college: Washington St.) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Five Okapi Aalstar players scored in double figures. The former international point guard Lionel Bosco (175-81, agency: Court Side) produced 21 points and American power forward John Fields (205-88, college: Tennessee) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
