Penas Huesca fired past Burgos to gain 2-1 lead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Lobe Huesca. Burgos managed to win third quarter 19-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Lobe Huesca won last quarter 24-14. It was a good game for point guard Cristian Diaz (185-92) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 5 assists. Serbian center Goran Huskic (210-92, college: Howard Col., TX) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Lobe Huesca's coach Quim Costa used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center Javier Vega (205-88) answered with 16 points and 6 rebounds and Austrian Anton Maresch (191-91, agency: Octagon Europe) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Burgos. Five Burgos players scored in double figures.
