Finals Game 2: Houthalen - Waregem 78-64

Houthalen rallied past Waregem to even things up at 1-1 in the Division I Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Houthalen. Waregem managed to win fourth quarter 20-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Houthalen outrebounded Waregem 39-28 including a 34-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by Waregem helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was power forward Jonas Delalieux (202-92) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds. Naturalized American guard Ronnie McCollum (192-78, college: Centenary, LA) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds. Houthalen's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Brecht Guillemyn (192-87) produced 17 points and 6 rebounds and forward Thomas Foucart (192-84) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Four Waregem players scored in double figures.
