Finals Game 3: Familia Schio - Lucca 76-55

Familia Schio celebrated their fourth consecutive A1 title. They beat Lucca in Game 3 to complete the sweep. The game was mostly controlled by Familia Schio. Lucca managed to win third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Lucca 42-30 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Familia Schio especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. It was a good game for American power forward Ashley Walker (187-87, college: California, agency: Merit Management Group) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. French center Isabelle Yacoubou (190-86, agency: Comsport) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Five Familia Schio players scored in double figures. Familia Schio's coach Miguel Mendez felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-New Zealand guard Jillian Harmon (185-87, college: Stanford, agency: Players Group) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and international point guard Francesca Dotto (170-93, agency: LBM Management) added 14 points and 7 assists in the effort for Lucca.
