Broni defeated San Pietro in the first game of the series. San Pietro was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 34-20 second half run of Broni. They dominated on the defensive end, holding San Pietro to just 3 points in third quarter. They also forced 21 San Pietro turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Estonian power forward Maaja Bratka (190-92, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Virginia Galbiati (173-92, agency: SPORTlab Agency) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international power forward Federica Brunetti (184-88, agency: Players Group) answered with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds and Spanish point guard Ana Suarez (170-87) added 15 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for San Pietro. San Pietro's coach Paolo Seletti rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
