Quarter-Finals Round 3: GET Vosges - Maurienne 51-72

Maurienne advanced into the semifinal stage as they cruised past GET Vosges. The game was mostly controlled by Aix-Maurienne. GET Vosges managed to win fourth quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 24 personal fouls committed by GET Vosges helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was naturalized Algerian Karim Atamna (196-80) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Romain Dardaine (201-88) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Serbian guard Nemanja Marinkovic (187-88) who recorded 9 points and forward Alexandre Hergott (204-89) added 8 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
