Semi-Finals Game 3: Anwil - Rosa Radom 56-71

Rosa Radom knocked down Anwil to take 2-1 lead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Rosa. Anwil managed to win second period 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 27 personal fouls committed by Anwil helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for international swingman Michal Sokolowski (196-92) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 8 rebounds. American point guard Torey Thomas (178-85, college: Holy Cross) helped adding 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international center Robert Tomaszek (205-81, college: Texas Tech) with 9 points and 11 rebounds and Czech swingman David Jelinek (196-90) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
