Rapla made 17-of-19 charity shots (89.5 percent) during the game. Rapla outrebounded TLU/Kalev 38-25 including 24 on the defensive glass. TLU/Kalev was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Devin Brooks (186-92, college: Creighton) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. Dutch center Thomas van der Mars (208-90, college: Portland) accounted for 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side. Four Rapla players scored in double figures. The former international point guard Reimo Tamm (188-84) came up with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Canadian guard Johnny Berhanemeskel (188-92, agency: Two Points) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for TLU/Kalev in the defeat. TLU/Kalev's coach Kalle Klandorf rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
