Pescara toppled San Severo to spur ahead in the series. Pescara made 28-of-35 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game, while San Severo only scored ten points from the stripe. They outrebounded San Severo 41-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. Pescara looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. San Severo was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was guard Simone Pepe (185-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who scored 29 points and 6 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). Guard Marco Timperi (188-97) chipped in 13 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Pescara players scored in double figures.
