Semi-Finals Game 1: St Vallier - Caen 93-79

St Vallier advanced into NM1 title game after they cruised past Caen in the semis. The game was mostly controlled by Saint Vallier. Caen was better in second period 21-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Saint Vallier shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Guyanese forward Gide Noel (198-93) who helped to win the game recording 23 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Guard Jesse Delhomme (189-85) contributed with 19 points and 5 assists for the winners. American forward Bill Clark (196-88, college: Duquesne, agency: HMS) answered with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Serbian-Montenegrin center Nemanja Calasan (204-85, college: Purdue, agency: HMS) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Caen. Five Saint Vallier and four Caen players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
