Emporio Armani overcame Umana Venezia to even the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Armani Milano. Umana Venezia was better in third quarter 28-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Armani Milano dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Umana Venezia's 24. International swingman Alessandro Gentile (200-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 10 points and 6 assists. Croatian swingman Krunoslav Simon (197-85) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Four Armani Milano players scored in double figures. American point guard Jeremy Pargo (188-86, college: Gonzaga, agency: Priority Sports) replied with 11 points and 6 assists and his fellow American import point guard Mike Green (185-85, college: Butler) added 9 points in the effort for Umana Venezia. Umana Venezia's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
