ASVEL got to the winning start of ProA semifinal series. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 42-34 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great shooting night for ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. International Charles Kahudi (199-86, agency: Beo Basket) fired 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Casper Ware (178-90, college: Long Beach St.) chipped in 21 points. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket's coach J.D. Jackson used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American Jamal Shuler (191-86) produced 15 points and 5 assists and Jamaican-American power forward Adrian Uter (200-84, college: Hofstra) added 17 points respectively for lost side.
