Finals Game 4: Sagesse - Al Riyadi 87-82
Date: May 31, 2016
Sagesse outgunned Al Riyadi to even the championship series at 2-2. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Al Riyadi won third quarter 23-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely Al Riyadi outrebounded Sagesse 50-35 including a 24-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Demarius Bolds (193-84, college: Missouri Western) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import guard Terrell Stoglin (185-91, college: Maryland) who added 28 points during the contest. Bolds is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side American center Chris Daniels (212-84, college: Texas A&M-CC) responded with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds and naturalized Egyptian power forward Ahmad Ismail (205-76) scored 8 points and 15 rebounds.
