Semi-Finals Game 2: Le Portel - Provence Basket 65-54

Le Portel topped Provence Basket to force the decisive third game in the series. It looked good early as Provence Basket took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Le Portel had a 15-11 second period charge getting the lead and Provence Basket was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 54-65. They outrebounded Provence Basket 39-23 including 31 on the defensive glass. Provence Basket was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American center Jakim Donaldson (204-83, college: Edinboro) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Jessie Begarin (191-88, agency: Court Side) contributed with 15 points and 4 steals for the winners. The former international power forward Luc-Arthur Vebobe (202-80, college: Hawaii, agency: Comsport) replied with 8 points and 7 rebounds and American swingman Aaron Broussard (195-90, college: Seattle, agency: Stealth Sport) added 9 points in the effort for Provence Basket.
