Finals Game 3: Mazatlan - Hermosillo 112-104

Mazatlan opened win count in CIBACOPA Finals. They rallied past Hermosillo to cut the deficit at 1-2 in the series. American players dominated the game. It was a good game for guard Jeff Ledbetter (190-88, college: Idaho) who led his team to a victory with 45 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Curtis Stinson (191-83, college: Iowa St.) contributed with 30 points and 4 assists for the winners. Swingman Michael Craig (196-91, college: S.Mississippi) answered with 40 points (!!!) and forward Emmanuel Little (196-85, college: N.Dakota) added 23 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Rayos de Hermosillo. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rayos de Hermosillo's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
