Finals Game 4: Mazatlan - Hermosillo 107-104

Mazatlan rallied past Hermosillo for the second straight victory in the Finals. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 36-27. But Rayos de Hermosillo won third quarter 30-27. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lobos UAD Mazatlan made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 60.7 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian forward Marvell Waithe (205-87, college: Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 39 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds. American point guard Curtis Stinson (191-83, college: Iowa St.) contributed with 27 points and 9 assists for the winners. American forward Emmanuel Little (196-85, college: N.Dakota) replied with 29 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) and his fellow American import swingman Michael Craig (196-91, college: S.Mississippi) added 20 points, 5 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Rayos de Hermosillo. Four Lobos UAD Mazatlan and five Rayos de Hermosillo players scored in double figures. Rayos de Hermosillo's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
