Anhui topped Hualan to gain 2-1 lead in the series. The game without a history. Anhui led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.5 percent from the field. Anhui looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Hualan's players. American players dominated also this game. It was a quality performance for swingman Manny Harris (196-89, college: Michigan) who led the winners and scored 26 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Chris Singleton (206-89, college: Florida St.) accounted for 31 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Forward Wendell McKines (198-88, college: N.Mexico St., agency: Numbers Agency) came up with 32 points and 4 assists and Craig Brackins (208-87, college: Iowa St.) added 17 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Hualan in the defeat. Five Anhui and four Hualan players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
