Quarter-Finals Round 4: Guizhou - Shaanxi W. 97-83

Guizhou paved their way into the semifinal stage as they held off Shaanxi. The game was mostly controlled by Guizhou. Shaanxi W. managed to win fourth quarter 25-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guizhou had a 36-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Brandon Costner (206-87, college: N.Carolina St.) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 9 rebounds. Forward ZhenHu Zhang (195-88) contributed with 23 points (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners. Central African-American power forward James Mays (206-86, college: Clemson) replied with 23 points and 7 rebounds and center Xinyue Shi (202-89) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Shaanxi W.Shaanxi W.'s coach ZhengXiu Jiang rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
