Quarter-Finals Round 4: Hualan - Anhui 121-131

Anhui fired past Hualan to seal their semifinal appearance. The game was mostly controlled by Anhui. Hualan was better in second period 32-31. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated down low during the game scoring 94 of its points in the paint compared to Hualan's 66. Anhui forced 19 Hualan turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Manny Harris (196-89, college: Michigan) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 56 points (!!!), 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals and guard YongGang Zhang (198-88) who added 27 points during the contest. Four Anhui players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Wendell McKines (198-88, college: N.Mexico St., agency: Numbers Agency) responded with a double-double by scoring 43 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import Craig Brackins (208-87, college: Iowa St.) produced a double-double by scoring 28 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists.
