Bottom-ranked XV Piracicaba managed to get a third victory, breaking the seven-game losing streak on Sunday night. This time they won against sixth-ranked Rio Claro 81-72. XV Piracicaba (3-11) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Bauru and Liga Sorocaba. Loser Rio Claro keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. Rio Claro will play against Paschoalotto/Bauru and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
