Regular Season Round 3: Prostejov - Usti n/Labem 92-90

A very close game took place in Prostejov between Prostejov and BK Usti nad Labem. Prostejov (2-1) got a very close home victory over BK Usti nad Labem (1-2). Prostejov managed to escape with a 2-point win 92-90 on Saturday evening. Prostejov made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for power forward Michal Norwa (202-83) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. International forward Lukas Palyza (202-89) accounted for 22 points for the winning side. Prostejov's coach Zbynek Choleva used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Ladislav Pecka (197-91) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian point guard Luka Igrutinovic (193-92, agency: Two Points) added 23 points respectively for BK Usti nad Labem in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Prostejov will meet NH Ostrava (#10) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. BK Usti nad Labem will play against BK Kolin (#11) and hope to win that game.
