Date: October 1, 2016
The game in Praha supposed to be also worth to mention about. CEZ Nymburk (3-0) played at the court of USK Praha (1-2). CEZ Nymburk smashed USK Praha 100-56. CEZ Nymburk dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to USK Praha's 32. It was a great shooting night for CEZ Nymburk especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. It was a great evening for American guard Bryon Allen (193-92, college: George Mason) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). His fellow American import forward Tony Meier (204-90, college: Wisc.-Milwaukee) helped adding 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four CEZ Nymburk players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was international swingman Jaromir Bohacik (197-92, agency: Octagon Europe) with 15 points and Finnish power forward Alexander Madsen (207-95) scored 11 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. CEZ Nymburk will play against BK Pardubice at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. USK Praha will play against BK Decin (#1) to get more than just one victory in their record.
