The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Banska Bystrica (0-1) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were rolled over by Good Angels (1-0) 113-57. The game without a history. Good Angels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Good Angels' coach Peter Jankovic felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Austria point guard Laura van Dalen (168-87) answered with 10 points and 5 rebounds and Monika Verlikova (184-91) added 11 points in the effort for Banska Bystrica. Five Good Angels and four Banska Bystrica players scored in double figures. Good Angels is looking forward to face Slovan (#5) in Bratislava in the next round. Banska Bystrica will play on the road against Samorin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
