But Novaschool was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Malaga 71-63 on Sunday night. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 71-63. Unicaja B made 19-of-20 free shots (95.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for power forward Ignacio Rosa (204-99) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. Jose Luis Ibanez contributed with 11 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Center Anastasio Vazquez (204-92) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 19 rebounds and 5 assists and American forward Alex Jackson (200-84, college: Mo.-St.Louis) added 11 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Novaschool. Four Novaschool players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
