The game in Reykjavik supposed to be also worth to mention about. Breidablik (2-0) played at the court of Armann (0-2). Breidablik smashed Armann 110-62. The game without a history. Breidablik led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Armann's 34. Breidablik forced 21 Armann turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American guard Tyrone Garland (185-92, college: La Salle) notched 31 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals to lead the effort and forward Egill Vignisson (198-91) supported him with 29 points and 9 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Breidablik's coach Larus Jonsson felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Even 14 points by guard Magnus Hjalmarsson (184) did not help to save the game for Armann. Center Johann Fridriksson (202-94) added 10 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Breidablik's next round opponent will be Valur (#4) in Reykjavik.
