Regular Season Round 2: TTU - Rapla 100-82

TTU defeated Rapla in Tallinn 100-82. The game was mostly controlled by TTU. Rapla managed to win third quarter 26-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. TTU forced 25 Rapla turnovers. Strangely Rapla outrebounded TTU 36-23 including 24 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Sten Olmre (192-95) who scored 28 points and 4 assists. Power forward Joonas Jarvelainen (202-90, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Slovenia point guard Domen Bratoz (189-93, agency: Two Points) produced 20 points and 7 assists and Dutch center Thomas van der Mars (208-90, college: Portland) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Rapla will play next round against strong BC Rakvere trying to get back on the winning streak. TTU will try to continue on its current victory against TLU/Kalev. It will be extra interesting game as TLU/Kalev is their local rival from Tallinn.
