Finals Game 2: Gigantes - Montaneras 77-81

Montaneras beat Gigantes to even the BSNF championship series. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 20-16. But Gigantes won second period 20-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Montaneras won last quarter 22-19. The best player for the winners was American forward Shae Kelley (185-91, college: Minnesota) who scored 32 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 14-of-15 shooting from the field). The former international point guard Pamela Rosado (165-86) chipped in 21 points and 7 assists. American forward Markel Walker (185-90, college: UCLA) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Alexis Hornbuckle (180-85, college: Tennessee) added 22 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Gigantes players scored in double figures.
