Finals Game 6: Montaneras - Gigantes 69-75

Gigantes claimed the third consecutive BSNF title. They beat Montaneras to celebrate 4-2 victory in the championship series. Montaneras trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 22-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 69-75 at the end of the game. Gigantes looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was forward Markel Walker (185-90, college: UCLA) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 18 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Alexis Hornbuckle (180-85, college: Tennessee) chipped in 10 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Gigantes players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Shae Kelley (185-91, college: Minnesota) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds and center Sasha Goodlett (195-90, college: Georgia Tech) added 21 points and 15 rebounds respectively.
