A very interesting game took place in Surgut. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 11th ranked MBA Moscow (1-5) to seventh ranked Universitet-Yugra (3-3) 74-73 on Saturday evening. Universitet-Yugra made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by MBA Moscow helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian Nikola Lepojevic (195-82, agency: BeoExcell) who led the winners and scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Iliya Syrovatko (193-88) accounted for 15 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Power forward Alexei Kuznetsov (205-84) came up with 21 points and 6 rebounds and Pavel Afanasiev (196-96) added 13 points respectively for MBA Moscow in the defeat. MBA Moscow's coach Alexander Afanasyev let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Universitet-Yugra have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain seventh place with 3-3 record. MBA Moscow lost third consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
