The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Hapoel Kfar Saba (4-1) at the home court on Tuesday night. Hosts were rolled over by Maccabi Raanana (5-0) 85-54. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Maccabi Raanana dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Hapoel Kfar Saba's 24. They share it with Hapoel B/S. Maccabi Raanana are looking forward to face Hapoel Migd.H. (#7) in Tarshicha in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Hapoel Kfar Saba will play on the road against Hasharon (#6) in Ramat Hasharon and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
