Date: November 19, 2016
Rather predictable result when top-ranked BV Villingen-Schwenningen (10-0) won against at home 4th ranked Lich II (6-4) 86-76 on Saturday. BV Villingen-Schwenningen made 20-of-21 free shots (95.2 percent) during the game. Quite impressive performance for American forward Tabari Perry (203, college: Slippery Rock) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points and 14 rebounds (made all of his ten free throws !!!). Serbian-Hungarian Nikola Fekete (192-91) contributed with 14 points for the winners. The former international Johannes Lischka (203-87) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and forward Johannes Schlaefer (196-88) added 17 points in the effort for Lich II. Lich II's coach Christian Knaus rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. BV Villingen-Schwenningen have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position in South-West with 10-0 record. Newly promoted Lich II keeps the fourth place with four games lost.
