Regular Season Round 11: Pogon Prudnik - SKK Siedlce 78-65

There was no surprise when 11th ranked SKK Siedlce (4-7) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Pogon Prudnik (8-3) 78-65 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Pogon Prudnik. SKK Siedlce was better in fourth quarter 21-5. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was swingman Adrian Mroczek-Truskowski (192-85) who scored 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Tomasz Prostak (188-88, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four Pogon Prudnik players scored in double figures. Center Lukasz Paul (205-89) produced 11 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Kamil Czosnowski (180-95) added 11 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pogon Prudnik have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with GTK Gliwice. SKK Siedlce lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with seven games lost. Pogon Prudnik will face league's second-placed Spojnia in Stargard in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. SKK Siedlce will play at home against Rosa II Radom (#14) and hope to win that game.
