Undefeated leader TU/Rock delivered the seventh consecutive victory. This time they crushed 6th ranked BC Rakvere (3-5) 105-77. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to BC Rakvere's 24. They outrebounded BC Rakvere 39-21 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. BC Rakvere was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international Janar Talts (206-83) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). The former international Gert Dorbek (193-85) contributed with 24 points for the winners. TU/Rock's coach Gert Kullamae felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Justin Baker (203-89, college: Utah Valley) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and the former international Timo Eichfuss (200-88) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for BC Rakvere. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. TU/Rock (7-0) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 7 victories in a row. BC Rakvere at the other side keeps the sixth place with five games lost. They share the position with Parnu. TU/Rock will play against Kalev/Cramo (#5) in Tallinn in the next round. BC Rakvere will play at home against the league's second-placed Rapla and hopes to get back on the winning track.
