An interesting game took place in Bischwiller where 14th ranked SAP Vaucluse (5-8) was upset on the court of seventeenth ranked Gries/Oberhoffen (4-9) 80-68. The game without a history. Gries/Oberhoffen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Gregg Thondique (201-87, college: Virginia Union, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 5 rebounds. Lithuanian point guard Ovidijus Varanauskas (187-91) contributed with 16 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four Gries/Oberhoffen players scored in double figures.
