Very expected game when 16th ranked Braunschweig (2-9) was defeated on the road by leader ratiopharm Ulm (11-0) 77-65. They made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. ratiopharm Ulm outrebounded Braunschweig 41-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Augustine Rubit (201-89, college: S.Alabama) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import power forward Raymar Morgan (203-88, college: Michigan St.) accounted for 21 points for the winning side. Five ratiopharm Ulm players scored in double figures. Canadian forward Dyshawn Pierre (198-93, college: Dayton) came up with 13 points and 7 rebounds and American point guard Carlos Medlock (183-87, college: E.Michigan) added 14 points and 6 assists respectively for Braunschweig in the defeat. Braunschweig's coach Frank Menz rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. ratiopharm Ulm have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Brose Bask. Braunschweig at the other side keeps the sixteenth place with nine games lost.
