Second ranked Hungarian Cegledi EKK faced 4th ranked Lithuanian Hoptrans-Sirenos Kaunas. Host Cegledi EKK (3-1) defeated guests from Kaunas (0-4) 68-60. Hoptrans-Sirenos Kaunas trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 15-10 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 60-68 at the end of the game. Cegledi EKK looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Point guard Nora Nagy-Bujdoso (155-92) fired 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners.
