The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Maccabi Raanana (6-2) on the court of eleventh ranked Hapoel Afula on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by Hapoel Afula 87-69. Hapoel Afula (4-5) moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Macc.Rehovot and Galil Elion. Maccabi Raanana at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. Hapoel Afula is again looking forward to face league's leader Maccabi Raanana at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Maccabi Raanana will play against Maccabi Rehovot and is hoping to win this game.
